Ok, so I've jumped on this massive RSS train barreling along at top speed. I've download FeedDemon and dutifully imported the numerous RSS feeds I've been accumulating. I must admit when I did this today, I had well over a hundred posts to sift through (and being OCD as I am I HAD to sift through them all), neatly saving those of possible interest into tidy little clippings folders. 

Follow up:

I came across one that sounded interesting and tossed it in my general folder to go back to later. But, being OCD, I started skimming over a few to clear them out (as I'm afraid I may never get through them all!) After reading this one I just had to share it. It's a truly interesting story about Molly the horse who was fitted for a prosthetic leg. This was verified on Snopes as a true story. This must be one amazing little pony!

No humor and word antics, no made up disorders tonight. I'm way too tired for that after my incredulous discovery at 1am - search engines weren't seeing all my web pages, and the subsequent (light bulb doesn't just go off but explodes in a massive spray of glass shards) realization the javascript menu link I made for all my pages (to make my life easier) was actually an impassable hindrance for web crawlers. Thus, I was sucked into a middle of the night frantic html surgery to get links back on my top page in some sort of tidy fashion, so crawlers can then spider down to my other pages. It will be several weeks before I know if this emergency surgery was a success, but I am predicting a full recovery.

And now, I'm off to make up for lost sleep and prepare for RSS reading and more web updates and/or blogs tomorrow.
