I had a conversation the other day with a friend regarding uses for old CD’s. Seems such a shame to throw them away. I did a quick Google…I mean really…how much is out there on this subject? Would you believe over 2,000,000 search results? I ran through the first ten or so & perhaps one day I’ll do a page dedicated to this very intensely technical issue. But for today I’d just like to share my absolute favorite of all of them. This photo is awesome! Imagine the patience it took to do this project.
Follow up:
- Drink coasters - glue felt to one side
- Mini cutting board
- Attach it to a ruler and it’s a fly swatter
- Shove one under anything that needs a bit of leveling
- Christmas ornaments (decorate with paint, stickers,glitter, etc.)
- Use multiple disks to create a door stopper
- Ice scraper
- Bookmark
- Pooper scooper
- Grill scraper
- Light switch cover
- Refrigerator magnet(glue a magnet to the back)
- Shipping material(keeps photos from being bent in the mail)
- Protect your table from burns caused by hot pots/pans
- Snack trays (great for holding snacks for small children)
- Picture frame - attach photo in the center
- A wind "chime" of sorts - would keep birds away for sure
- Row markers for your garden
- Hot glue gun resting/protecting pad
- Baby mobile
