The Honest Truth

What is the honest truth? Is the truth by simple definition not honest? Why do we had honest in front of the truth? Is there a dishonest truth? If I don’t tell you the honest truth - does that mean I’m not telling any truth? I’m really baffled by this one. Care to help me out a little?? Please, tell me the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth - I want the honest truth ‘cause I’m really confused now.
